MY1300半自動(dòng)模切壓痕機(jī)是我公司結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)越性能研制開(kāi)發(fā)的適用于**彩盒、彩箱模切的專(zhuān)用設(shè)備。本機(jī)應(yīng)用高強(qiáng)度叼紙牙排，先進(jìn)的開(kāi)牙叼紙機(jī)構(gòu)能適應(yīng)各類(lèi)型板紙、卡紙、瓦楞紙；前后定位及側(cè)定位機(jī)構(gòu)使紙張的模切精度得以保證。具備高精度間歇機(jī)構(gòu)；動(dòng)作迅速的氣動(dòng)離合,氣動(dòng)鎖版。使用可編程控制器及人機(jī)界面，數(shù)字顯示機(jī)器的工作速度、加工張數(shù)、總運(yùn)行時(shí)間；機(jī)器的故障顯示使故障排除操作非常方便。應(yīng)用變頻控制器控制主電機(jī)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)。本機(jī)多處設(shè)有傳感器和安全裝置，保障機(jī)器正常工作和人身安全。模切壓力前后可單獨(dú)調(diào)節(jié)，手動(dòng)盤(pán)車(chē)方便省力，同時(shí)還可進(jìn)行無(wú)叼口模切。
MY1300 semi-automatic die-cutting and creasing machine is a special equipment applying to die-cutting of advanced colored boxes made of paper.
The machine combines several advantages over many other die-cutters both at home and abroad. Gripper bars with high intensity are applicable to all kinds of cardboard, paperboard and corrugated paper. Frontal,back and side registration mechanism ensure great precision of die-cutting. Other parts are adopted such as intermittent mechanism with high precision , air clutch, pneumatic locking mechanism, programmable controller and man-machine interface. The interface can display various digital information of machine such as working speed, amount of paper processed, total running time,etc. It is easy to eliminate troubles according to the display of trouble shooting. Transducer is adopted to control the main motor in achieving stepless speed variation. The machine has a lot of sensors and safe-ensuring devices to guarantee the safety to operator and of environment. . Frontal and back pressure can be adjusted separately.It is convenient to stop the machine by hand.It can also realize die cutting without clipper margin.
