用途
適用于BOPP/PVC/PE/美紋紙/PE泡棉/壓克力膠帶/國產(chǎn)及進(jìn)口雙面膠帶/牛皮紙膠帶/導(dǎo)電泡棉膠/布基/工業(yè)膠帶/保護(hù)膜等之分切。
特點(diǎn)
1.主機(jī)傳動部分：采用臺灣AC馬達(dá)搭配變頻器作為切卷材料傳動，加減速穩(wěn)定快速。
2.中央控制單元：使用可程序中央控制，同軸中可設(shè)定十多種一次性自動轉(zhuǎn)換切割，做到無人操作自動完成。
3.操作面板部分：操作接口采用7寸LCD觸摸屏，可直接在屏幕上設(shè)定各種切卷條件及運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)裝況。
4.電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)：中央控制系統(tǒng)為PLC可程式控制器，同軸中可設(shè)定多種尺寸，電腦于切割時自動調(diào)整切割寬度。
5.切卷定位系統(tǒng)：使用三菱伺服馬達(dá)控制，高精度進(jìn)口滾珠螺桿進(jìn)行尺寸定位及使用線性滑軌承載刀座，定位動作**平順。
6.進(jìn)刀定位系統(tǒng)：使用臺灣伺服馬達(dá)控制進(jìn)刀方式，可擬人化做兩段式速度進(jìn)刀切卷，提高效率并得到**好品質(zhì)。
7.圓刀自動角度調(diào)整：使用進(jìn)口步進(jìn)馬達(dá)計算圓刀角度轉(zhuǎn)向，因應(yīng)不同材料做不同角度變化(角度調(diào)整范圍±8°) 當(dāng)切割平面不佳時，可直接變換切割角度，可減少換刀次數(shù)，避免了手動調(diào)角度的麻煩，大大提高生產(chǎn)效率。
8.快速換軸裝置：本機(jī)其有兩種切割軸可供選用，采用快速換軸方式，因應(yīng)不同材料需求。
