線條直徑的控制是生產(chǎn)控制的重要指標，在生產(chǎn)過程我們針對線條產(chǎn)品直徑的監(jiān)控，有在線實時反饋電腦系統(tǒng)和歷史記錄、查詢功能，保證每一卷線條每一個點的直徑都是可視化，力求產(chǎn)品**合格。

Diameter is important controled index, we have show the diameter data on line and computer feed back,historial recorder and inquiry, aim to make diameter data of each roll and each point of line can be seen and detected, and ** qulified.

為了線條的直徑控制，我們有如下3種措施：For the diameter control, we have 3 methods:

1.我們要求工人每卷包裝完整的線條外再繞一小圈樣品可供工人手工再次檢測。.

2.每當(dāng)直徑超過設(shè)定上下極限值時，測徑儀會發(fā)出警報聲，以提示技術(shù)工人對擠出系統(tǒng)調(diào)整，以使線條直徑再次恢復(fù)到合格水平。

3.我們將每卷直徑數(shù)據(jù)存儲在電腦內(nèi)，每天超過10萬條數(shù)據(jù)以日期為命名存儲為excel文件，我們可以隨時調(diào)出以統(tǒng)計和分析問題，我們可以根據(jù)客戶反饋問題而直接追溯到生產(chǎn)**手數(shù)據(jù)。
